Pros
nice working culture,innovative,dynamic goal achievement,
Cons
life is rushed, hectic, balance between life and job is not possible
Advice to Senior Management
listen to juniors
Pros
Name recognition, offices everywhere, feels like stable job security but not sure. A lot of different possible roles depending on where you work.
Cons
Poor benefits, have to take PTO to do anything, Management heavily encourages volunteering but requires you to take PTO to do it, I hear and read internally about all the neat stuff and social activities happening but it seems to be at a different company. I have a feeling if you are a consultant, its a much better place to work. If you are in the outsourcing part, its an average at best workplace. I feel like a small tooth, on a small cog, inside a giant machine.
Most leadership appears to come from consulting.
The job is nothing more than a paycheck.
Advice to Senior Management
Make all of your employees feel special and able to enjoy the perks we hear about. Don't push volunteering when we have to take time off to do it. We don't get enough as it is.
Pros
Nice salary. Nice work environment.
Cons
Work pressure and short delivery timelines.
Advice to Senior Management
Reduce the work pressure on employees.
Pros
Company Resources
The People
Clients
Worldwide Name
Work Hard, Play Hard motto
Cons
Less Money than other firms
Long working hours
Several "Seat Warmers" that are around because of the size of the company and the arduous process of letting them go.
Pros
Lots of tools and training
Cons
generally weak management; very hour hourly rates
Advice to Senior Management
Quit promoting from within and hire some senior HR people from the outside; bring HR pay up to industry standards
Pros
Lots of client, good set practises
Cons
A lot of bench population, many are kept with no work
Pros
Name recognition, respected well-known employer in its field. Ability to work remotely/telecommute.
Cons
Management is disrespectful of contractors. "Don't let the door hit you on the way out" mentality when contractors leave the company. Unprofessional manner in which they wrap up with departing contractors, lack of communication.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat your contractors the way you would treat employees when they leave the company. As former ambassadors of the firm, they will or won't share their experiences with others when asked.
Pros
Good facilities
Decent hike
Great Work Culture
Cons
Too many policies
Not friendly towards employee transfers even at cost of losing employee
Pros
great benefits, vacation time, work-life balance
Cons
no growth, bonuses/raises bad, CHANGE and uncertianty
Pros
smart people, interesting work, good culture
Cons
travel, need to find people you can trust to work with
