Pros
Good facilities
Decent hike
Great Work Culture
Cons
Too many policies
Not friendly towards employee transfers even at cost of losing employee
Pros
Very big company with lot of different projects and different platform to choose and good practices according to international standards
Cons
It is very process oriented company and even HR also dont know the whole process.... A lot of approval is needed for small need. They are very hard on thier policies, no flexibility.
Advice to Senior Management
Please review annual review policy, make it more flexible towards the managers/supervisor who knows the employee/real worker very well. "DNA cannot be changed " these words i got from the senior personal of this company when asked that this policy is not good and not real. But my thinking is that even DNA is also evolving and it will adapt according to nature.
Pros
Great salary
Fantastic reputation
Looks good on your CV
Cons
Unfriendly staff - lots of backstabbing and arrogance - trust no one.
Lots of stressed and scared employees.
Unprofessional managers - inconsistent, vague, always pointing the finger and finding scapegoats.
The offices are depressing, once you get past the glitz of the entrance. And that defines Accenture -a place where appearances and reputation are what matters and where reality of how staff feel is not important. Great benefits, and salaries - which you will never, never, never, have the time to enjoy. You will become a drudge, living, breathing and sleeping Accenture. If you must work there, make sure you get in and out quick. Completely soul destroying.
