    Cons

Their work from home policy is under review so if you negotiate that into your job offer make certain it is in your offer letter.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Everyone is generally nice to you. Free Coffee at the offices. You get to see the world by traveling M-F. They will work you to death. Networking is the key to move up in the company. Keep you mouth shut and just say "yes" to everything management wants.

    Cons

Timing is everything. The roles dictate your future here at ACN. All managers are non hands on and talk the talk. They all want people who has skills such as hands on but you will never get any training to update your skills. PTO is earned and you will never use it - especially when the projects will decide if those PTO will be approved. Consulting is only for people who have no dependents or any life out of work. Training is all a ploy. In almost all occasions I get approved for a week for external training and when you are currently on a role and you inform the new role that you have training on certain dates, they will agree to let you go but once those dates are near, they will tell you that you need to cancel training due to poor planning on the management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management - you work people to death and give BS performance reviews.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice opportunities to advance if you are working on something hot. Good online training on various topics.

    Cons

Very longs hours if your project was sold undersized and you have to do work of other people as well as your client's people. However this is an occupational hazard for any consulting company. Nonetheless It gets to you once you start feeling lack of sleep.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can we have fewer videos about you in Davos or generally you having a good time? Since it does not reflect reality for most of the people, it just makes me angry (or jealous or both)... :(
