Cons
Salaries below industry average, very large workforce so can become challenging for growth due to large number of peers, timelines can get crazy at times but this is not a regular occurrence.
Advice to Senior Management
Improving salaries to bring them close to industry average will yield results, improving and validating people skills in Managers will help juniors grow faster due to improved work relationships.
Pros
They respect your situations and help you come back.
People management is very nice
Respecting individuals are so much in the company
Cons
Career growth they dont respect your experience
Loads of politics inside but they always say its so transparant.
Advice to Senior Management
When you recruit please consider the person's experience and skills and dont go with 30% hike what if he worked with less salary and looking for more when he deserves the best. Workout something better! or when some one got in your company with less salary and later he acheived what he is needed. and he has proved he deserves more. dont push him down! let him grow. also take off that 1,2,3 sublevel movement! we dont want to become just a team lead after serving you company more than 6+ years. after all we all are working for money and career growth not for the company.
Pros
It is good place if you want to grow politically...
Cons
rating system, promotions policies...work life balance
Advice to Senior Management
Though the leadership always talks about "People friendly" and " Work life Balance" - But, when it comes to ground, it is horrible.
Pros
Good working environment, transparent policies
Cons
Due to excessive number of employees, no flexibility in choosing project under our area of interest. Training for freshers is not so good.
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing much
Pros
Great learning environment for overall growth.
Cons
Few traditional office rules which don't seem relevant.
