Advice to Senior Management
good leadership, nice work culture
Pros
Its nice place to work to develop personal skill sets ... management is crappy with some shoddy experiences to handle too.
Cons
Crappy management with biased mindset ... strong corporate politics observed.
Advice to Senior Management
Should heed to employee welfare more.
Pros
Culture was great when I joined this company. You are free to take and lead initiatives.
Cons
They increased working hours and didn't increase the salary.
Advice to Senior Management
You need good and sensible managers who understand the culture of Accenture. Now Accenture is no better than any typical Indian IT firm rather it should take in those who understand the culture of a MNC.
Pros
best work environment, provides good personel and work life balance
Cons
no domain change available in work

Pros
One of the better IT work places in India. Has a good work culture and environment which is a huge positive.
Cons
Towards the end of my term in Accenture with increased work hours, relatively bad pay policy and high attrition led to a lot of stress in the work environment. Also the new offices in Mumbai are at remote suburban locations and commuting to-from is a huge pain. The process of getting into a project especially for an employee with 2+ years of experience is excruciating.
Advice to Senior Management
Maintain the informal work culture and maintain at least being at par with the similar tier-1 companies. Senior employees should be interviewed and be allowed to chose their project unless business needs are urgent, politics in this is really frustrating.
Pros
Brilliant work life balance. Good people to work with. A sure gem for anyone who has decided to settle down. Enough roles and opportunities.
Cons
Roles are tied to designations. Not a good choice for high performers.
Too many rules to worry.
3 months notice period.
Very very less onshore opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Do not go by the market trend specially for deciding salaries and work policies. Understand that you need to pay high to retain 'High Performers'. When doing comparison, do not take into account competitors who are behind you but look at one' s ahead in the race.
Pros
Brand Name
Career Growth
Good Training and Development
Cons
Not a Good Salary Payer
Advice to Senior Management
Give competetitve salary to employees
