Employee is an asset, not machine!
If an employee is given right information and opportunities, he/ she will definitely serve the organization with integrity.

Highly organised, Good work culture. Lot of scope for learning. Good infrastructure and facilities. Lot of growth oppurtunities if you work hard.

Your training domain is randomly assigned . You do not have choice and hence sometimes you may have to compromise with your interests.

Take employees personal interest and intellectual capabilities into account before assigning them to a certain domain. This will result in higher efficiency.

Not so transparent way of performance management, too many layers of hierarchy, some times promises about opportunities not kept properly.

Started out as a new college Grad. They give good training but not project specific. Assign you to a domain which is difficult to change. Not very flexible about your work interests (this is only true for freshers straight out of college). They have good project opportunities
