Grow the local office communities again. All relationship are project based. This makes it difficult to see other aspects of Accenture.
Pros
Given a lot of responsibility and a chance to prove yourself
Cons
You work where they want you to work and that's it.
If you do a good job at something you hate, then your pigeon-holed into that type of role for your whole career.
They like "do-ers" not thinkers
Advice to Senior Management
No advice. People in management are there because they play the game, not because they are smart.
