Cons – Performance Management Cycle a joke! Promotion decisions are based on project budget rather than actual merit or eligibility or loyalty to the tenure served. Upper management focused on showmanship rather than appreciating and encouraging individual contribution.

Pros – The very first reason I joined Accenture was Brand name, being a fresher you can not ask for more. Other reasons you realize after you start working in the company and those would be good work culture, you get to learn a lot, employee satisfaction(work wise), you might be lucky if you get a chance to go onsite in your very first year ( I was not that lucky though but my batch mates were).

Cons – Salary wise it is not as good as its brand name. Very difficult to switch locations.

Cons – Judgement of new joiners (freshers) on objective test.

Cons – Compensation structure is depressing. No significant changes to Fixed component. More increase given in Variable component which employees never qualify to receive 100%.
