I have been working at Accenture full-time

    Pros

-My work/life balance is great personally. My manager is good, hard to beat 26 PTOs (after 5 years of working at the company you get an extra additional day of PTO). A lot of business experts.
-My compensation is fair for the work I do
-A lot of training material available

    Cons

-Work/Life balance depends on your project and roles. I hear people complaining about how much work they have on my project, but I personally do not feel that way. In fact, I wish I had more to work on.
    -Health insurance could be better
-If you're not in the consulting field, I feel like you are looked down upon (but I'm sure this applies to a lot of other companies as well, not just Accenture)

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Accenture provides amazing opportunities for skill development and professional growth through challenging and large scale projects tackling complex and intricate issues common in various industries. The quality of people you get to work with and level of expert support is unmatched in the industry. Travelling allows for unique experiences on a global scale with many perks and benefits

    Cons

The work is incredibly challenging and never ending. There is no such thing as work hours and the global scale of most projects means long nights and early mornings as well as frequent weekend work. Career development is dependent on the resource themselves as the projects will abuse your time if your not careful and steer your career in a direction you may not have intended.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Greater flexibility to increase salary without leaving the company would greatly increase the appeal of climbing the career ladder as currently the only way to do so is to jump back and forth.

    Pros

You get the opportunity to choose your career path; offers great fringe benefits; you can choose your work location amongst over 150 countries.

    Cons

Salary is not at par with competition; if you dont have a sponsor, you will not move up the ladder regardless of the good work that you do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Performance review process is not transparent and seriously flawed.
