I worked at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very knowledgeable people around, strong company values, looks good on CV, opportunities to travel around the globe for those who like it, competitive salaries

    Cons

At times there is no clear project plan and structure from Managers who is responsible for what. While you are on the project - things are good, when the project is over, - you have a very vague picture, whether you are any useful to the company in future

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would recommend management to turn their focus on people development, Accenture has a world of opportunities for people to develop their skills, but a little bit of guidance from Carreer councellors where to grow and how the company could help - would suit you better
