Former Employee – worked at Accenture full-time for more than a year
Pros – You'll make some amazing contacts and good friends
The name looks great on your resume
You'll work with some high profile clients
Great learning and development on the analyst and consultant level
Cons – You'll be worked to the bone - work/life balance doesn't exist especially when you're understaffed on projects. Be prepared to work all hours, at all times and don't complain!
You'll be told - if you do well, you'll rise up quickly but that doesn't really happen because of the office politics and favoritism.
Advice to Senior Management – Cut the politics and crap - assess people for their work not who they know or how many people they know in the manager and senior manager level.
