Its a great place to work, even if its not what you want to do forever (I can only speak to federal work)

    Systems Integration Analyst (Current Employee)
    Washington, DC

    Pros-Good flexible work arrangements
    -Great starting salary and benefits
-25 days vacation is pretty standard in consulting/services
    -Great people
-They have a ton of social events going on all the time
    -Training is great

Cons-It can be hard to move up
-Often times its who you know that lets you move up in the company
-If going through a tough release or project, can be really long hours

Advice to Senior Management-Recognize people who work really hard
-There should be intermediate promotions in consulting so that people at least know they're progressing somewhat.
