    Pros

They take care of their employees -- I have received so many really nice perks and gifts. And they have good insurance available and they pay for some of it. Really really the best.

    Cons

    I can't think of any.

    Pros

The recruiter was very friendly and the process seemed to occur with little to no effort for all involved..

    Cons

Having never worked as a consultant and hind sight being twenty, twenty there is a clear conflict of interest between a consulting firm, a client and an employee. The employee seems to get the short end of the stick when a recruiter locates a job for a consultant as they will tell you anything to get their pocket lined...

    Pros

Well known in the Denver-area market
Touches base with consultants regularly, for the most part

    Cons

Some account managers work harder than others to ensure you're continuously employed

    Pros

    Good pay
    Take care of employees
    Proactive

    Cons

Don't hear from them much - not enough care and feeding of folks on-site

    Advice to Management

Make more contact with your consultants. Take them out to lunch! Small perks go far. Thanks!!
