    Pros

Sales team is supportive, enthusiastic, energetic, expectations are set high and always rewarded. Great recognition for achievements.

    Cons

Salary is low, employees that are tenured can seem "cliquish." revolving doors with heavy turnover. Not an intellectually stimulating environment.

    Advice to Management

The contests and recognition at round tables for hot job meetings were very encouraging and motivational.
