    ProsThey listen to their employees, and help them to be their best.
    The wages and benefits are top of the line for a contracting company.

    ConsThey are based in Houston, so submitting paperwork is a bear if you live in another state.

    Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to be close to your employees, and let them know that you are listening and willing to act.

    Great People

    ProsThe people here are smart and fun. There is a strong sense of family among the employees, and an open willingness to share knowledge and experiences. It is an ideal community. Collectively, the company has all the information management experience bases covered.

    ConsAs we grow, it is getting harder to know everyone personally. Access Sciences seems to be doing a good job so far of maintaining the close "familial" feeling, but this should be monitored.
