    Pros

Very few. Nothing comes to mind

    Cons

Management from CEO down is ridiculous. Horrible working environment created by upper management.

    Pros

Great, small logistics technology company. Tons of growth potential. Good product, great people. Pay is good.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement (less than 50 employees) beyond entry level. Benefits competitive for a small firm, but not great.

    Advice to Management

Executives are cordial with each other, but creating greater cohesion by rallying around the CEO and his decisions and getting buy-in from entry-level employees is crucial. Need to give 100% effort towards profitable ventures and cut out projects with a limited ROI.
