Pros
WE HAVE WONDERFUL GUEST and it makes coming to work fun

when there is not enough indans and to many chiefs when one or two run the place
Advice to Senior Management
we you look at the desk clerks and the housekeepers we are people to we work to make sure accor is a success but when others who are in charge treat us as if we are no bodies it is not right

insurance is relatively cheap.

printing & shipping crap that's never used.
don't adjust pay/cost of living
raises are crap, $7 a paycheck per year???

you're all about the low-man on the totem pole but you could care less. do more for us than yourselves.

More involvement of corporate office at the fuctioning of the unit level.
Promotions and Performance appraisals to be conducted on the basis of overall performance and not on judgemental reviews of individuals
Proper feedback and correctional training to be given to the empoyee on a regular basis and not at the end of the performance year to give him a fair chance for promotions.
Corporate office to conduct one on one sessions or annonymmus online sessions for review on senior managements performance at the unit level particularly in regards to employee relations

Cons
- Career advancement is very difficult for casual employees, some have been working as casual over 3 years in the same job.
- Performance evaluation and feedback is very informal
-staff rewards are basically nothing

- look into drafting of proper feedback and evaluation systems of casual employees. career advancement should be encouraged and accommodated.
