    Leadership and systems have a long way to be put in place.If you have a godfather promotions are easier.There is not much room for hard work.

    lack of centralized SOP, individual hotel managements allowed to influence policies that are inconsistent with hotel norms.

    Centralize policie regarding benefits, working hours, salaries etc,Do not alow SBU's to excercise own policies based on individual idiocrynacies.
