Pros
If you have a great manager or tenured team you can learn a lot and gain some great experience. Most of the people in the branches are supportive, pleasant to interact with, etc. Great way to learn many businesses in your market.
Cons
Lots of changes over the past few years. Many have been good, but a few too many have not. New leadership changes course- or at least that is how it was rolled out - then changes back..... sit back and observe and then make changes.
Advice to Senior Management
take wisdom from those that know!
Pros
Strong synergy partners in Sapphire, Randstad, Clinical One, and Hri. Being are part of the #2 staffing company in the world has given us leverage to pursue and acquire large international accounts. Excellent leadership. I feel inspired to perform my job as they actually do what they say. They give us the autonomy to do our work and support us 100%.
Cons
Although there are a few locations that need more name recognition, I think that goal is going to be achieved this year. Especially with the help of Randstad.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep encouraging us and we will continue to grow! Thanks for the support!
Pros
Much of management is tenured and have been with the company for a long time. Good people overall.
Cons
Very focused on northern California as that is where all the decision makers live -- they don't understand that San Francisco (and California) do business differently than other U.S. markets -- also, since they are tenured in San Francisco, they don't understand "start up" in markets where AI does not have name recognition.
Advice to Senior Management
Share decision making with the field and don't just concentrate in Burlingame.
