    Cons

There were not many cons while working here for the summer.

I have been working at Accountemps as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

Nice people to work for. They have a variety of computer tests so that they and you can evaluate your skills, such as Medical Billing, Coding, Excel, Medical Secretary, etc. They are understanding that you need to take time off to go on permanent job interviews.

    Cons

When they say that the job is temp to perm, don't believe it. You don't get paid holidays or sick days, or PTO. Health insurance is lousy and you will have to pay 100% of it.

I worked at Accountemps (less than a year)

    Pros

Laid back and relaxed working environment. Little to no conflict and very little stress.

    Cons

    Lack of Training.
Employees do not get along well with people who are different than them.
Certain departments are way different than others. Your experience will really depend on the position, your assignment, and how well they regard your abilities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perhaps a more indepth interview and "getting to know" one's strengths would be more conducive to finding a better fit with your clients.

    Pros

Great staff. Keeps in touch to see how's the employee is doing. No hard to get someone on the phone.

    Cons

Time sheet process could a bit of tweaking. The online entry is perfect. could use online approval and submitting instead of faxing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the friendly, caring approach. A lot of people I know would like to be part of an agency that doesn't treat it's staff like cattle.
