    Pros

Being placed directly with a company is by far the easiest way to land an actual job. I'd suggest temping over throwing your resume into a company website black hole any day

    Cons

If they don't find anywhere to place you fairly quickly, it seems like they can forget about you. They could certainly interface with you better about what they're accomplishing for you.

    Advice to Management

Try to interface with temp employees a little better. Feeling like you've been forgotten about is not a phenomenal feeling.
