Pros
Gained work experience right out of college. Found me a job relatively quickly. Are very approachable with time off requests.
Cons
Pay is very low. They don't spend as much time as I would have liked finding me an assignment which fit my needs.
Advice to Senior Management
Spend more time analyzing employees qualifications. Take time to review assignments that employees are in. Offer new assignments to employees.

they charge enourmous amounts to the company and you get barely anything as a salary in return. As a company the make huge profits of every single hour you work.
Advice to Senior Management
share the profits fairly, you charge a company 50 an hour for an employee and in return pay that employee 10 ??

they provide employment for you which is great in this down economy.

Companies pay a premium for contract employees, which Accountemps takes a big percentage of, so you basically get underpaid.

Flexible. It is possible to build up your resume with experience if you are careful.

Constant struggle to avoid being manipulated into being stuck in opened ended, low paying jobs that you are over qualified for. If you are very careful, sometimes you can find a decent situation at a decent pay

You need to pay a little more attention to your employee clients, and a little less to your employer clients

Working for Accountemps you will not get any mangagement position through the actual company. They may find a management position for their clients that might fit well with your prior work experiences.

Never called to check in on how my position was going.
People that worked the same position through a different temp agency got paid $2.50/hour more
