    Pros

    The co-workers and team leads are great Will work with you during family issues or issues outside the job

    Cons

    Watch your every move they time how long you are away form your desk show favoritism The boss walks around and ridicules and/or jokes with employees as they are working Some employees are very loud and obnoxious on the phone Called into office and sent numerous emails by management because of break time overages every other day No room to grow On the phones all day Drive production

    Advice to Management

    The retention rate will remain high if you continue the operations as they are- watching employees every move and showing favoritism to select few employees

    Pros

    The Employees such as your team members and team leads also department leads. Love our clients also

    Cons

    System issues are the only thing consistent, bonus structure is based on Tiers Ex,) If you bring in over $100000 you potentially will only receive less than $2000 in commission. Top down company and needs to increase base pay.

    Advice to Management

    Please work not just for your clients but your employees they feel unappreciated and that's very consistent.

    Good downtown location accessible to public transportation

    Cons

    Everything else...there is nothing good about this company...a big joke.....worst company I have ever worked for in my life. Others in the medical industry think they are a joke or surprised they are still in business. Current client base shrinking rapidly.

    Advice to Management

    Just sell the company to someone who can run it. You have no clue about the industry you are in

    very unstable, things change day to day

    Pros

    The employees are friendly and helpful. The positions are interesting. It was great to have the ability to work from home or the office.

    Cons

    The employees were stressed with the increased work load and managed with fear of losing their jobs. The on the job training was very weak and work performance was expected to be perfect. With personnel cutbacks there were increased errors by all staff members in the chain of review documentation.

    Advice to Management

    They need to place the importance on training and use a double check method to decrease errors in production of appeals.

    Pros

    Benefits packages are good. Flexibility of schedules and remote options to work help for working parents. Friendly people to work around.

    Cons

    Way too many management changes. Shifting ideas from leadership and lack of direction hurt productivity. Promotions made on favortism and not ability happen too often. IT issues and outdated computers cause a lot of frustration. Need to work on the basics and things would improve.

    Advice to Management

    Be consistant and clear on expectations. Provide feedback.

    New team is very connected to employees. They are trying to change culture. Very focused on growth and operations> New financial controls are great.

    Cons

    Change is hard, old culture and some people are not helping with change.

    Advice to Management

    keep it up. Stay on the path you are taking. Do not let old culture stop you.

    The company offers a Decent Pay

    Cons

    The VP's rarely come around and do not understand the people that work for the company. Most of the employees feel that evaluations and bonuses are not paid out consistently or fairly.

    More training is needed.
