They are the No.1 OEM providers in the world. SMC is owned by Accton. Their hardware division has better benefits when compared to the smaller software division.

Cons

Their software division is not provided with support from higher management. The salaries and other requirements are delayed by management. Management demands faster work more than what can be handled. Work Life balance is bad.

Technology company, big oem manufacturer , excellent manufacturing capability

Cons

Too much concentration on OEM business. Do not want to spend money on marketing, for the company marketing is an expense. Product line does not have the right range and the positioning of the products is totally wrong

get rid of useless people in the company, concentrate on brand building and start trusting people

Lack of performance review system, if your boss is not good, you'd better leave
