I have been working at Accuen full-time for more than 3 years

Cons – Be a little more agile within Omnicom
Advice to Senior Management – CEO is brilliant, want more of him in daily work
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Accuen
Pros – Accuen creates a great company culture with fun activities, happy hours and just all around enjoyable place to work. With a laid back yet busy fast paced atmosphere surrounding the office all employees enjoy the chance to be successful and lend their voice to the work they do.
Cons – with such a large amount of vacation days accompanied with multiple days off makes it hard to use all the days you earn

I worked at Accuen
Pros – Accuen is the trading desk for one of the biggest marketing groups in the world. It provides opportunities to work with global accounts with support from sister agencies. Good compensations.
Cons – Since the change of senior management in September 2011, Accuen has gone downhill. There is no culture nor employee evaluation systems within the company. Important issues, changes of the company directions are not communicated at all to the staff. Accuen started as the forefront of new digital media investment agency for Omnicom, now under the new leadership, it is going back to an old-fashioned, labor-intensive factory.
Advice to Senior Management – Really listen to what the employees say. They are the people who are closest to the clients, look further ahead for the future of the company instead of letting competent people go because they are better compensated.

I have been working at Accuen
Pros – The salaries and benefits packages are typically pretty good, as compared with other similar companies. You will have a lot of freedom to try new ideas and have your voice heard in meetings.
Cons – MAJOR disconnects amongst leadership, HR, and functional teams. HR and Finance tend to 'run the show there.' Company changes leadership overly frequently and does not communicate out to employees in a timely fashion, if at all. The true vision and mission of Accuen is very muddy - and employees wouldn't know what either of these were if asked.
Advice to Senior Management – Revisit why the company was created to begin with and go 'back to basics' in terms of organizational structure and how to run a company. Right now it is the blind leading the blind.

I worked at Accuen
Pros – Accuen offers a competitive salary, but be aware that could be a loss of job security.
Cons – Distasteful new management; Upper management over promises and under delivers; no development plans; lack of any culture
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees, they know Accuen's clients better than you do as they work with them every day.
