Pros

The pay was ok relatively speaking. The Benefit package was excellent. The atmosphere was clean and most co-workers were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Workload was not distributed evenly, and I suspect mainly because favorites were played by management. There was a large degree of disorder, and not a lot of teamwork.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more interested in fairness to those under you, and gathering information from all sides. Be open to the notion that personal agendas often drive people's words more than their interest in the trueth.
