    Pros

    11 hour shifts go super fast!
    Great hours
    Great nice customers!
    Busy work

    Cons

    The Inner Circle- if you're not friends with the workers, working there is miserable. They will talk about you and gossip, and there is so much unnecessary drama.
    There is no sense of professionalism with the employees- especially in certain store locations.

    Mystery Shoppers- people even in training are subject to mystery customers whom rate their performance which if your score is not at a certain level, you could get fired or all of your monthly incentives(commission) taken away like that.

    It's SOOO sad to see how many people come in for back to back loans taken out just wasting their money. Sure it's business... But I hate to see it.

    Advice to Management

    Add cameras to the store to know what your employees are and are not doing!!

    Pros

    not always busy. able to meet new people.

    Cons

    Some of the locations were really small. Dealing with rude customers on a daily basis. Hard to advance in company. Pay isn't worth all the work. Even as a Licensed Insurance Agent still made the same as everyone else. Services changed often

    Pros

    Pays a little over minimum wage, with less responsibility, overtime is not feared.

    Cons

    Management doesn't like lifting a finger, but wants to make you work Saturdays and Sundays every week so they could have off, store closes at 8 (even though it is SO slow between 6-8)

    Get more GOOD employees, and stop hiring random people.

    We work longer hours so you get three day off most weeks

    Once you're in the cage you can't leave

    Pros

    Not much work has to be done; easy days; few customers.

    Cons

    Management needs more training, better safety for employees. you're working alone the whole day usually, nobody to report to. not much room to move up. Okay pay. you're there the whole day open to close by yourself and you don't get a lunch break.

    Advice to Management

    Train the DM's better. be more considerate of the employees.

    Pros

    They do not care about there employee's.

    Cons

    You have to poor at a poor looking environment. People seem unprofessional. Executives/managers do not care about you. They do not appreciate your hard work.

    Advice to Management

    Be nice to your people. Invest money in your employee. Do not fire or layoff employers because your trying to
    save your bonus checks. This company looses a lot of good people for selfish reasons.
