Pros
Fair, reasonable management. team. The company allows for a balance between personal and work time. Also, fair and reasonable pay levels.
Cons
Headquarters is centrally located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. There are no other office locations available to consider for employment purposes.
Advice to Senior Management
Suggest opening other branches outside the Chicago land area to include the far North, West and South Suburbs of Illinois.
