    Pros

    Flexible hours
    Very easy job
    Perfect for students
    Close very early

    Cons

    Low pay
    Hard to move up
    Nepotism
Stores are not all connected (prices range from store to store and returns cannot be made on products from other stores)

    Advice to Management

It is a great company to work for, but there needs to be more communication between stores. It gets annoying when customers come in saying they saw something at a lower price online, or when the website says we have certain products on-hand that we have never carried. There's also the fact that we cannot make returns on products from other stores. Individually the stores are great, but I think Ace could improve as a whole.

    Pros

Have a lot of autonomy and flexibility with schedule. You must be self-motivated in this job. Great to work with independent business owners.

    Cons

Demanding responsibilities. Typical retail in that there are a lot moving parts and you must be the retail expert in all things retail and business ownership.
