    Pros

    Good benefits and time off.
    Most positions have flexible hours.
Opportunity for new job responsibilities if you have initiative.
Opportunity for Bonus if owners know who you are.

    Cons

Lack of focus on company goals.
    No new initiatives for employees.
Project Managers are on their own with limited support from HQ except for urgent situations.
    Too much focus on proposals.
    No formal method for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Involve more diversity in upper management. There no females, Hispanics or African Americans in VP or Director positions.

    Pros

The pros, if any, are all related to the client you work for. Nothing to do with the employing company. They provide the usual industry standard benefits. You get a paycheck while you are employed.
They used to be pretty good when they were a small business.

    Cons

Very dull and disengaged company to work for. Works more like a staffing company that decided to bid on its own contracts. The leadership apologizes to clients at the slightest hint of complaints, there is no real problem solving used. Many of the top leadership people are mostly glorified proposal writers.

    Pros

Having worked for many small companies I truely see little redeeming about Ace Info.

    Cons

This company hires unknowledgeable staff, they are often under-worked (who cares if they work as long as Ace Info can make money from the government/taxpayers), they don't provide sufficient training for staff, they use political games to backstab, and they are extremely happy to provide mediocre service as long as they can keep their contracts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find exceptional people and treat them well. Right now you do neither.

    Pros

None, but the box requires five words to finish the review...

    Cons

I would Never Ever recommend anyone work at Ace Info Solutions. HR and management lie on a routine bases, withhold important information and don't give a rat's behind about you as an employee at their company. After taking the job the sins of omission of what was withheld when I interviewed were monumental, INTENTIONAL and unconscionable.
This company is enormously unethical. The PMs I reported to were entirely unengaged from their team members entirely. The benefits are awful and they are CHEAP, for example, you are paid twice a month BUT the money doesn't hit the bank until 10 DAYS after the work/pay period has ended. 10 DAYS to process payroll???!!! On my last day it felt like someone had opened the door of Hell and I was able to walk out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go look in the mirror and ask why you hate your employees so much and why you are SO GREEDY?

    Pros

Friendly and well qualified colleagues, but poor management.

    Cons

Really poor project management. They do a consistently bad job of managing customer expectations and then underbid. Basically, they promise things they cant delive with the staffing they can afford. Then, they fail to manage thier customer and let them beat up on the over-worked staff. No recognition programs - excellence is unnoticed and unrewarded. Overtime is simply expected.

Decent benefits but they take too much credit for it

    Cons

    Highly unethical and immoral
    Low wages
    No professional development
It is a job they offer not a career

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

'Penny Saved is a Penny Earned' should not be a functional objective
Offering 'Cheap Solutions' does not make a better pricing model

    Pros

Great promises made by the Management at the time of hiring. They do a good job selling their company to their customers as well as new employees.

    Cons

This is a mad place to work for with ethics or professional management. This place has a lot of cheap foreign workers from India. Dirty politics, will tell customers anything to get business.

They advertise that they are an accredited ITIL Training provider but if you ask APMG (offcial ITIL Accreditation authority), you will find out that their license has been suspended a long time back. Starting from Top Management, there are many lies, hence many unhappy employees as well as customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Solid growing company that actually cares about the employees. Best, and least expensive medical plan I am aware of. Rapid growth, doubled in growth in recent years.
approximately 250 employees and personal management practice encourages managers to meet the specific needs of employees not just fit them into existing policies

    Cons

Rapid growth will cause company to "graduate" from 8A status soon....can the company make the transition? Flexibility in practice/policiies is great, but as the transition to "mid-sized" will require some standardization, can it be accomplished with current mangement structure/team?
