    Pros

You do learn valuable sales skills that could be great in cut-throat business if used correctly. It's possible to meet co-workers who become close friends.

    Cons

You're lied to day in and day out. Total lack of professionalism from the very beginning, take this as a red flag. Please refer to the other posts on this page made time after time talking about dishonesty. It's very possible you don't get paid for what you put in. It's also very likely that anything posted on this page that's totally positive is actually just the owner trying to give himself a boost. The inner workings of this particular office are corrupt at its core. Pay attention to how often the location of the office changes, there's something shady behind the fact. If you can read, dress well and don't look too shabby you'll be hired, take that as a red flag. They just want bodies and your pay will reflect that (horrendous pay) if you go ahead and accept the offer anyway. Be aware.

    Advice to Management

Don't be shut down too soon.

    Pros

You get to learn sales skills which you will have forever.
    Good work environment.

    Cons

    55 hours a week, minimum.
    Salary was very bad.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to pay more attention to their workers instead of paying attention of how much money do they make.

    Pros

Promotions... however they aren't really promotions. Just quick changes in job titles and increases in hours and responsibilities.

    Cons

This job begins with its misleading job description. It is in truth a form of DS-MAX Multi-Level Marketing. I worked for its sister company Capital Acquisitions (or Dryden Group.... or whatever their name was that month) With questionable business practices and it is nothing more than glorified door to door sales or donation requesting for a good 8-9 hours a day coupled with a cult like brainwashing session in the morning to get it spinning. From start to finish, lies and exaggerations are peddled to all the workers in the form of "motivational speeches" about achieving financial freedom (which it seems no one had). Although not illegal, it is highly dishonest and misleading to potential applicants. I gave this "job" a few months to see if I would become acclimated to the work and it turns out I was worse off after I left the job than when I started. I left plenty in debt. But luckily found one of the "terrible" 9-5 jobs they all seem to diss on all the time.

    Advice to Management

Be honest. Tone down on the cult like sensationalism.

    Pros

Only your fellow co-workers make the experience fun other then that it's not.

    Cons

You will need your own train fare this company does not reimburse you at all. They lie on there ads to get you to come in for interviews. There promotion structure is a joke as soon as your promoted your demoted within the same week. It's all one big pyramid scheme. They have a false magazine that they use to pump up there employees but only they distributed the magazine. It's all bs please stay away from this company it's just a matter of time before they are shut down.

    Advice to Management

Stop leading on potential employees and just tell them truth because if you did they would not sit there thru the bogus interview process.

    Pros

A lot of interactions, good atmosphere, hard working people, help brining children out of poverty. Build long term relationships.

    Cons

It cost a lot out of pocket for the metro, pay isn't the best "it sucks" you have to close deal "applications" to make more than the $35 a day. A lot of standing and walking around. What I applied for online isn't what I was presented with. Ace shouldn't display false information regarding positions.

    Advice to Management

The office timing can be inconvenient to others who live in a far distance taking the metro, pay needs to be more or some kind of benefits.

    Pros

Helping children get out of poverty is the only thing I can think of, and you don't really know firsthand if this charity is even legit.

    Cons

They lie about the positions they offer online, completely misleading potential employees. They don't pay their employees in full and they lie to them to get them to stay on at the company. Pay is terrible and you have to pay out of pocket for metro.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying on your website about the job description for the positions you hire for.
