    Pros

    Great work environment. Benefit options were amazing. For the area compensation was average.

    Cons

    The limitations you would expect of a call center: slow change, non-flexible scheduling, etc.

    Could be more willing to experiment with new ideas and opportunities within the call-center to improve employee morale and work efficiency.

    Nice office location and new carpet coming soon.

    low employee moral, under qualified employees, separation between American and Chinese employees, struggling with sales and profitability, favortism and political games, like the other reviewer said no management to give reviews, or feedback.

    The worker bees really make the company easier to work at

    Cons

    - Politics and poor decisions made by HQ in Taipei make it nearly impossible to innovate or really make any changes.
    - VERY hard to get promoted
    - No annual employee reviews to see how you can improve
    - No employee perks except for an annual holiday party you can't even bring a guest to
    - Low employee morale

    Upper management needs to listen to their underlings and stop playing politics. Send out a truly anonymous questionnaire to see how Acer can boost employee moral and how we can improve as a company.

    Great office location. I cannot think of any other reason.

    No brand value. Poor sales performance brings out the worst in people. Poor supply chain. Poor account relationships.
