    Pros

    Great work environment. Benefit options were amazing. For the area compensation was average.

    Cons

    The limitations you would expect of a call center: slow change, non-flexible scheduling, etc.

    Advice to Management

    Could be more willing to experiment with new ideas and opportunities within the call-center to improve employee morale and work efficiency.

    Pros

    Below average compensation to start, but will gradually increase over time. Great office location, smart and friendly employees, start up culture do well for everyday work/life balance.

    Cons

    Market share decline is not doing well for the culture. Leadership has changed and I get the feeling that not everyone is happy with current management. But hey, that's what the company needs, better management. Can't please them all...

    Take care of your people, and they will take care of you.

    Pros

    Great sense of ownership from team members. Decent benefits. Overall organization lean enough to make necessary chances quickly. High quality product and inventive product management. Ability to truly excel in the industry.

    Cons

    Overall lack of vision from leadership in a declining industry leading to staffing cuts in an already lean company. Most significant teams have been losing talent over the last year. Overall compensation below industry averages.

    Pros

    Nice office location and new carpet coming soon.

    Cons

    low employee moral, under qualified employees, separation between American and Chinese employees, struggling with sales and profitability, favortism and political games, like the other reviewer said no management to give reviews, or feedback.

    Figure out how to recognize good employees and promote them. Or you will continue to lose your best talent.

    The worker bees really make the company easier to work at

    Cons

    - Politics and poor decisions made by HQ in Taipei make it nearly impossible to innovate or really make any changes.
    - VERY hard to get promoted
    - No annual employee reviews to see how you can improve
    - No employee perks except for an annual holiday party you can't even bring a guest to
    - Low employee morale

    Advice to Management

    Upper management needs to listen to their underlings and stop playing politics. Send out a truly anonymous questionnaire to see how Acer can boost employee moral and how we can improve as a company.

    Pros

    Great office location. I cannot think of any other reason.

    Cons

    No brand value. Poor sales performance brings out the worst in people. Poor supply chain. Poor account relationships.

    Focus on profitability not share.
