Former Employee – worked at Acer (Taiwan HQ)
Pros – - provide a job that fulfill my professional training
- good welfare
- an environment that can give people pleasure
Cons – - currently they had no specific goal in business, if you are not in the decision level, you cannot change things like this
- the schedule of project is exaggeratedly tight sometimes, people around me are exhausted and not feeling well, but in some other time people got nothing to do.
Advice to Senior Management – managers there are all good people, but this company really need to do something more adaptable to the market, both in time and goal
