    Pros

ACES is a great company to work for. The benefits and pay are very competitive. It is filled with very intelligent and hard working individuals. The atmosphere allows for useful interaction and growth within the company.

    Cons

It's rather difficult to come up with any cons, but this atmosphere isn't for everyone. It's definitely a fast paced and changing environment with the current energy transitions. They have an open floor plan that can have its pros and cons.

    Cons

Not commission-based Not in Houston Not in New York Medium-sized market

    Advice to Management

It's a great company, hard to come up with 20 words of "cons" about ACES.

    Pros

There is good office culture. It is a fairly young company. Flexible hours (within reason) make it easy to work around appointments. Good health insurance.

    Cons

Since it is a young company, there is not a lot of movement. The pay is good, but not usually competitive with other energy companies.

    Pros

A chance to be involved in the energy industry... ACES is not "corporate-america;" it is simple, small and micro-managed. No community & no culture - expect standard benefits yet no employee appreciation.

    Cons

Weak training and "not" competitive pay for the real time traders is ACES' way to pitch to their clients lower-cost, risk exposure. ACES' accepts high turnover - Stay 6 months "if you can" and then move on - that's the ACES' way.

    Advice to Management

    Management are not free thinkers.

    Pros

Salaries are competitive, opportunity to learn new skills and move to new job opportunities within the company. Very unique services business model.

    Cons

Human Resource group has been in transition for a long period of time. Depth of group could be enhanced with more experienced management.
