Good group of peers, but unfortunately 99% are treated in a very unethical manner, being falsely written up for bogus issues. Ackerman brags that they do not pay unemployment claims. They simply fabricate a reason to terminate employees and bring in new employees from temp agencies for less money. "Management" is hostile, as is HR-- very rude and condescending. Extremely unprofessional and to put it mildly. Very high attrition. Customers are intentionally deceived by dishonest sales consultants. They are lied to and misinformed just to sign a contract. Once signed the company makes very little effort to do as promised. Also many customers are told that they must sign a 3 year contract when in reality a 1 year contract is available. The technology used for monitoring is very outdated and crashes often, leaving customers without monitoring at various times.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire competent supervisors and managers with experience, be fair and truthful to all employees, and replace HR director.

dont make so many false writeups to avoid unemployment. start giving a formal training for new hires. start hiring more minorities as there are only 2 that work outsidw the call center
