    Pros

They were able to place me quickly most of their postings are for average jobs 13 to 15 dollars an hour

    Cons

The companies that they place me at we're a little weird which is why I'm sure those companies were using an agency to begin with they had a hard time retaining employees themselves

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

The recruiter is excellent Bruce Mendenhall is ethical, and does a great job for them.

    Cons

The company regional managers are predominately a group of women who worked there long enough to promote up, however are without the education and skill set to manage their territories. They tend to be unethical in their business.

    Advice to Management

The CEO is okay, however somewhat clueless to the whats really going on, as the clique that are her regional managers are feeding her only what she wants to hear.

    I worked at Acloche full-time

    Pros

The leadership team works very hard and genuinely cares. Great learning experience.

    Cons

They are very bottom-line focused and do not pay well internally. People work very hard and get very little in return in terms of wages. A lot of internal turnover due to pay, leading to a lot of inexperienced and under-qualified internal hires. They take no measures to keep good employees and there is very little upward mobility.

I have been working at Acloche full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They know People. Acloche is a Columbus based company that was vote #1 Temporary agency in Columbus by the Columbus Business journal June, 6 2014. I like that we are Columbus based and #1.

    Cons

Acloche is a great company and I don't have any cons to mention.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! "Great companies don't hired skilled people and motivate them, they hire already motivated people and inspire them. People are either motivated or they are not. unless you give motivated people something to believe in, something bigger than their job to work toward, they will motivate themselves to find a new job and you will be stuck with whoever's left."

    Pros

They work you to death and frown upon you if you take breaks and lunches. None enjoyed my time there but glad I moved on.

    Cons

They work you to death and frown upon you if you take breaks and lunches. High Turnover rate for staffing coordinators the only ones who have longetivity is the people in management

    Advice to Management

work better with your coordinators instead of belittling them. Let them know of advancement opportunties availble instead of seeking out side sources

I have been working at Acloche full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a family-oriented work environment. People are normally helpful in the organization.

    Cons

Limited opportunities for career growth. High turn over rate for recruiters. Lack of effective compensation and bonus plan to continue motivate staffing coordinators. There is no clear structure for employee's career path. As a Staffing Coordinator, it's very difficult to balance personal life outside work. It is expected that you work overtime three times a week during the peak season. Companies do not provide competitive base salary and bonus plan.

    Advice to Management

Suggest senior management team become more open to the ideas of subordinates and build a collaborative and supportive culture.
