    NO RAISE EVER! Horrid communication with management, they don't care about any of their employees at all!

    Pros

    flexible, average pay, pay for mileage, pretty nice team of people I work with

    Cons

    not enough work. One week I had over 40 hours, the next I had 2 hours. Sometimes seems like the manager plays favorites. Manager never has any answers for me, so I ask other merchandisers. No chance of getting a raise. Once I turned down a job because I had an appointment, then my hours per week went way down. Idk if that was a coincidence or not, but seemed a little fishy.

    Advice to Management

    You should acknowledge your good workers. Offer raises after 6 mos or a year. Stop playing favorites.

    None, sorry. This company could do much better.

    No advancement. No raises. No moral. No future.

    Pay more attention to THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE ACTUAL WORK.

    Pros

    I just began working there. I haven't even received a paycheck yet and already earned $ 125 in health incentives. They have really decent benefit for even their part time employees. I already switched my cell carrier from Verizon to Att because one of the employee benefits is 24 percent off cell bill so I'm saving $ 1,000 a year right there.

    Cons

    None as of yet....DM is great and I think I'm going to really enjoy this.

    Pros

    Work at a different store everyday of the week. Get to meet people. You work independently most days.

    Cons

    Get told one thing one day told something else another day by the same person regarding where you'll be working. They cant make up their minds regarding which stores you get to work at.

    Advice to Management

    New employees need to get their schedules set in stone otherwise your hours and days of employment can get switched to suit others' schedules .
