    Pros

    Great benefits
    Laid back environment
    Great co-workers

    Cons

Company does not value employees and the pay is not so great

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Acosta full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Flexible Schedule, Great Training. Started off with online training in the middle of the week (about 24 hrs worth. Then shadowed other RCMs from my team the next week who were covering my stores.

I have a pregnant fiance so the flexibility to start a little late for drs appointments is great. Upon telling my unit manager of the pregnancy she immedietly told me just to inform her of any time off needed so I can have it and she can arrange coverage.

    Great team and great communication.

    Cons

A lot of leg work to get your foot in the door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have a great unit manager.
