Pros
Everything is very clearly defined concerning pay and benefits. No issues with getting paid on time. Also getting paid weekly is nice.
Cons
At least for me there was no option for salary or vacation/sick time. Hourly only.
Pros
Some good people to work with, however most of those people are looking to leave. Decent office space and not much else
Cons
Everything. Poor compensation, expensive benefits, no room for growth, nepotism. Always chasing the next big idea instead of figuring out what works best for the company and sticking with it. No clear direction or business plan. Relys on poor recruiters from India with a push towards quantity not quality. The door is always closed.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to employees- they have better ideas for process improvements and suggestions on how to make the company run smoother. Recognize employee contributions
Pros
Paid good for an entry level
Cons
did Not have any projects
Advice to Senior Management

Pros
Pay on time Regular Meeting Regular Updates
Cons
Contracting House, Very expensive Health Care.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing the good Job
Pros
Ontime Pay, client relationship, Decent office
Cons
Irresponsibility, Poor Communication, Unavailability of resources
Advice to Senior Management
Treat employees with respect
Pros
As with any other jobs or experience, you can learn from it
Cons
If you're looking for a company that promotes unethical people, allows inappropriate behavior, and one that doesn't offer you the compensation package or appraisals that was promised, you've come to the right place. Bonus would be extensive politics, and poor management.
