Former Employee – worked at Acrux Star Quality Staffing
Pros – Fun group of people to work with. Always had lots of fun with everyone. Also they were very flexible about things such as doctor's appts or just needing time off in general.
Cons – Temporary Staffing. What IS good about it? It was rough. I felt like I was selling myself more than the company, which I was not ok about because the company couldn't back up what it was promoting. The training for the job was non-exsistent.
Advice to Senior Management – Work out a training. This would have really helped, and probably would have made the company more successful. Way more successful.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at Acrux Star Quality Staffing
Pros – Small and growing in a solid industry.
Cons – Small company with a vision but no idea how to get there. No benefits, and hours/pay scale is always changing. Time off and compensation is a joke.
Advice to Senior Management – get organized.......
