Pros

Minimum hour guarantee- you get paid even if you don't fly, Paid training, Aircraft safety instruction, and an over all small company. The people are very friendly and in general USA Jet is a great crew.

Cons

You are expected to shop for the aircraft, stock, and clean. Often random drug testing and no flight benifits

get your stuff together!

Management has no respect for employees. There were/are many safety concerns regarding their older fleet of planes.

Advice to Senior Management

Get in touch with what is actually going on. Make an investment in your employees and treat them fairly. Quit always looking out for yourself and taking the path of least resistance....work a little harder to do the right thing for the greater good.
