Pros – Great benefits, competitive pay, very generous PTO. Friendly easy going employees and management team.

Cons – Slow periods where you have to find things to do, makes for a long day.

Pros – Very focused on doing the right thing for the patient and making things right.

Cons – Most people have worked here for forever so there is a need for some "new blood" to help think outside the box. Also, few people have any experience in other med device companies.

Advice to Senior Management – Identify some real goals that are interdepartmental. I worry that the company is getting too siloed departmentally.

A lot of people have worked at Acumed for a long time

Cons – While I like this job I can imagine the culture could take over your personal life. It is quickly becoming all encompassing.
Personality and social skill appears to be very important.
Not a lot of job opportunity due to the low turnover.
