“AdActa fly-by”
Former Employee – worked at Adacta full-time for more than a year
Pros – Lot of know how and contacts, possibility for improvement, good technical support. Lot of travelling and usually in a good way.
Cons – Management is favoring extremely competitive working environment. Long work-hours and a lot of traveling. You can get Your dues but You have to fight for that.
Advice to Senior Management – Care more.
