    Pros

    They will promote from within but does not mean the promotion will be a qualified person or necessarily fair.

    Cons

    There is a lot of inner office politics that doesn't make sense. Yearly merit increases aren't done fairly because of the high turnover in management. The manager you may have started with may not be around a year later so a new manager is the one doing your review when they haven't even been around the entire time to vouch for your performance the year prior.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Follow through and be consistent with the "rules". If it's done to one it should be done to all. Have more transparency when it comes to problem solving. And support the support staff a company is only as strong as the weakest link.

    a lot of activity and energy from the various young people working there

    Cons

    if you are too successful, you will get a bullseye on your back and the company will let you go so they don't have to pay the sales commissions

    The president Kevin .... should practice what he preaches.

    its close to home - everyone seems friendly...to your face....its quiet most days

    Cons

    there are many....mostly due to poor management....

    and the pay is offensive...

    Benefits are okay, coworkers might be okay depending on what branch you're in

    Cons

    High turnover in management - they are constantly getting fired, managers don't know what they're doing, inconsistency with what they say and what they do, they pay you next to nothing, high pressure sales environment
