1)Big company, Big units, Big scopes for learning
2) Technical management is very supportive
3)Transportation facility is very good

1)GETs are not compensated well, promotions process aint transparent as well
2)Management runs on HR rather of technical people
3)Big words, no work
4)fooding facility is very poor
5)Place of work neither have good health cares nor near by places,very remote
6)The township made by company only feel like a jail with very less facilities

Compansate well to GETs with respect as they can be your future. Develop the nearby infrastructures
