    Pros

    - Healthy startup culture with all modern benefits including but not limited to open business culture with friendly people, project independence, productive work environment, small teams, free lunches, competitive salary and benefits, free accommodation etc - Smart management with great focus in high growth technologies and toolsets such as Atlassian suite, which has been growing rapidly over the years. Addteq has been an Atlassian Expert Partner for a number of years and they can only grow and grow more from here - Chance to work with in-demand technologies and modern trends with equally brilliant people

    Cons

    - Operations could be a bit more streamlined with more delegation of authority in the management team - There is room for improvement for the different training programs - Work can be very demanding at times, but that's a part of growth anyways

    Advice to Management

    - Keep the focus in the growth of your team, and the company will keep on achieving bigger goals accordingly

They make fake stuffs on your resume. Put many years experience on your resume to help you find a contract. They paid you very little and ask you to do internal project.

    Pros

Open company that cares about your growth and tries to maximize everyone's potential. Happy to help everyone find their place

    Cons

Needs better standard operating procedures. Flat organization is nice, but a little hierarchy would help the process of business happen more easily.

    Advice to Management

Learn to delegate actual power and authority to management team. Allow business development, marketing, and HR leaders to set policy in those departments and enforce their directives in order to allow you more time to focus on strategy.

Nice people who are friendly and helpful. They will treat you good and will pay you well according to what they agreed. Gives you opportunity to learn and try out new stuff. Can communicate with the management easily since everyone work together. Free lunch if you are at the Princeton office and Chipotle on Fridays.

    Cons

Relocating (depends on the project though)

    Pros

This company is GROWING! I see the sales office people sit there all day long just answering the phone as people ask them to purchase our products. I also work with some of the numbers, and there has been double digit growth over the past 4 years straight. Additionally, growth in 2015 is twice what it was in 2014.

    Cons

Management is over worked... However, they are constantly hiring new people so this should soon change

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring new people, get internal HR instead of using 3rd party company for payroll

    Pros

When I started in Addteq I already had experience working as a SCM build engineer in one of Big Four audit firms. In other words I wasn’t an amateur. During the time in Addteq, I was exposed to many tools and resources which I’m using extensively in my current position in one of the leading banks in US. • I met experts in my field in Addteq, and I’m thankful to them for their inspiration. • They were Atlassin Experts and Implementation Partners, which is a Big Plus for any DevOps Engineer in the market at the moment. I’m still getting calls and email from vendors and almost every Job Description has at least one of the atlassian tools in them as a requirement. Even In my current position I’m helping several teams to implement their JIRA workflows thanks to Addteq. • You will get a nice touch of corporate environment at addteq ( StandUp meetings, Brainstorming on Fridays, Business Casual Dress code, etc..) • I was exposed to Tools and Methodologies (Puppet, Chef, Dockers, Continues Deployment, etc.) which are still fairly new in corporate world. • There weren’t many places where I can go and continue my career as a build engineer and I’m glad I choose addteq.

    Cons

I lived in NY and I drove about 45min-1hr one way. They pay you monthly instead of bi-weekly.

    Pros

    None at all, none whatsoever!

    Cons

These people pay once a month and do not pay on time. They are completely shady. They advertised a job that I applied for and they advertised that it was $55/hr and that's why I applied! They offered me $21/hr and they tried saying my years of experience were only worth $21/hr. That's interesting isn't it?! So they hire people who's skills are THAT FAR below par.... Or are they misrepresenting themselves? It's only one of those two things and both things make them a failure and a joke of a company. They are all friends and family and they are the shadiest group of people anyone could ever work for. There is nothing positive about this company. Avoid at all costs!!!! Do not trust their positive reviews because they did those themselves.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees and stop looking for reasons not to. You don't mess with a person's money and livelihood.

Hi, Regardless of what you think the salary you should command is, the facts are that we offered you a job at $21/hr (roughly $44k/ year), plus breakfast and lunch every day, and you took that ... More
