Advice to Senior Management
Your employees are your rock, take some time to recognize their talent.
Pros
Adecco offers the strength of name recognition and fantastic sales collateral. Benefits are ok and vast staffing knowledge is available to you.
Cons
Branches are understaffed. No consistent design from one office to the next. No diversity in management. This is a company for European American females. If you are a minority, look elsewhere. Middle management just wants yes people. They will use you up and scapegoat you to save their job.
Advice to Senior Management
You need to promote talent and not looks. You lack diversity in your decision making group. Adecco in Michigan is completely out of touch with the needs of the local market. Diversity, Diversity Diversity!!
Pros
The pay is higher then most temp agencies
Cons
Holiday pay is difficult to get.
No initial benefits till after 2,500+ hours of consecutive work.
If you turn down an assignment, you can collect unemployment.
Pros
Adecco has some of the best people working for them. The overall product is good, great resources for employees to use.
Cons
Management team not interested in what employees have to say
Advice to Senior Management
I would recommend management take an interest in their employees and what they have to say. Since the employees are in the trenches with the customers it would be wise to listen.
Pros
official form of people, honesty in hr which i see
Cons
not enough benefits to pepoplewho works there
Pros
They are a large cooperate company. Benefits are good. Chance to relocate within the UK and abroad.
Cons
No incentive to grow. Bonus and commission never paid correctly. You are only ever just a payroll number. Pay reviews never happen even when promised over and over again.
Advice to Senior Management
manage expectations! Don't forget your eployees who have worked hard for years and only see their income go down!!!!
