    Pros

I can't think of any, I was treated like a temperary employee with no chance of being hired thruogh there employment service.

    Cons

Was lied to right from the begining, offered one job, and sent to a different assignment, told one salary then paid a smaller one. Nothing I was told ever happened they way they said it would. Then I have mild stroke have to go on unemployment for the first time in my life, and they refuse to pay my claim. That's the kind of company they are.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like real people, no like some number on a computer screen. If if was'nt for them none of you woukld have a job.

    Pros

Access to excellent companies central locations.

    Cons

Does not fairly distribute assignments, based on age, work history.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to employ only people on welfare or other forms of public assistance(social services). It isn't fair to those of us who have bothered to get college degrees.

    Pros

Its a Job, pays the bills, when I actually get paid what im owed

    Cons

Took holiday on 2nd of January, it is now 6th February. Have not yet received my holiday pay, wont get it until at least next payday (weekly pay too). Have spoken to the woman who processes the payroll twice and ourbcontract manager twice also. The blame keeps getting passed on between the two. Many of my colleagues have also had problems with adecco payroll, it is a regular thing. Will definitely be putting a complaint in to human resources and head office on monday

    Advice to Management

    Dont mess with peoples pay

    Pros

    Cons

Worst company ever. I should have known what I was getting myself into since I was hired on the phone within less than three minutes of the interview. Also, if you want to be move up, prepared to be sexually harassed by gross, married men.

Regarding Temporary staff if they dont take the annual leave holidays that is accured within the year, Adecco get to keep there holiday pay. Adecco made over 6 MILLION from Temporary staff not taking there ANNUAL holidays in 2014. There are the only recruitment Agency that behave like this.

    Pros

Honestly, no pros that I can recall. And that's a SHAME!

    Cons

I don't have enough time or space for this category. Straight to the point, avoid dealing with the Cobb county branch all together. Unprofessional on ALL levels of employment.
