    Pros

easy work, takes common sense. Nice big work atmosphere

    Cons

If you are hired for seasonal, you most likely will only be paid 9.00/hr. Which at the end of your "assignment" EBay pays you 1.00 for evry hour you worked... however, they choose when your assignment ends, yet you will still be working for several months at 9.00 before EBay hires you...
If policy changes, it may take several days/weeks before EVERYONE is aware- causing customer service to look like idiots.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Former Employee - Third Level Lifecycle Management Administrator in Sofia (Bulgaria)

    Pros

There were several trainings offered - technical and soft skills. Good opportunity to gather experience and work as an IT in a huge environment, getting to know different technologies and approaches!

    Cons

Bad experience being a contractor for Adecco customers. No options for career development! Teams are mostly from male members who are not very tolerant towards women constantly making sexist comments and jokes.

    Pros

If you like temp. work then this is for you.

    Cons

They promise a higher pay rate and it somehow falls through. Or, my favorite is when you are a temp. for 12 months and then they say you are permanent but then the company you work for needs to interview and hire you, and then they say you don't qualify even with years of experience. It's a joke.

Current Employee - First Line Technical Support in Sofia (Bulgaria)

    Pros

They offer a nice health and insurance package. My salary is never late and there is a very interesting monthly bonus scheme. I have never had problems taking my paid vacation whenever I prefer. It is a very good start for students. I like the work environment and I have great colleagues.

    Cons

Sometimes work is not distributed fine and you work under great pressure because of that. There aren't really intriguing development opportunities within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to how the workload is distributed as this might increase either employees' and customers' satisfaction.

Former Employee - Branch Manager  in  Seattle, WA
Former Employee - Branch Manager in Seattle, WA

    Pros

Great people. The recruiters are well trained and eager to succeed. The Branch Managers are also well trained and intelligent, and although the branches are spread out, you feel very connected to your company tthrough tele conferences and mentoring.

    Cons

The upper leadership has become so disconnected from the day to day activities of the industry that it can challenging to get the support necessary to be competitive while meeting the KPI's for each position. There are times when the entire branch activities are focused on meeting metrics and not necessarily on the bottom line, which is delivering the best talent to the clients and/or gaining new clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Every mid to upper level manager should take a week a quarter recruiting and selling to ensure they understand the market and the potential obstacles their teams face each day.
