    Pros

Paychecks were always on time. Friendly Human Resources personnel. Seemed to have many resources and business relationships.

    Cons

Too many layers of management. Did not follow through with help finding me further employment after existing contract was expiring. Left me swinging in the wind.

    Advice to Management

Cut down on the layers of management and encourage recruiters to be proactive helping existing contractors find work to continue with when contracts are expiring.

    Pros

This is a staffing agency, which can give you great potential to earn a paycheck while looking for a real job.

    Cons

Don't expect them to care about you as a person...you are a number on a roster, that is it. They really could care less how long you stay with the company; they just need bodies to fill slots every day.

    Advice to Management

Try making your employees feel like they mean something in the big picture. Nobody wants to feel like a number, hence why that is used as a punishment in prisons.

    Pros

Finds you a job right away, if you are in need of one. If you are willing to work, they have something for you.

    Cons

Pay is better working at a fast food joint! After taxes and all, you work 40+ hours a week, & still have to choose between paying rent or eating for the week.

    Advice to Management

Higher pay, so employees wouldn't have to choose between paying rent, or eating would be nice

    Pros

Find Adecco focused on helping maintain a good work environment as well as having a general concern for its contractors.

    Cons

Response time on issues and communication between program manager and contractor is slow and lacking.

Can be more concerned with filling slots with bodies at times then finding good solid candidates.

    Advice to Management

re-evaluate how candidates are chosen for lower level jobs.
