I worked at Adecco as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

They didn't get in the way and let me provide good value to the company where they placed me. Some contract shops are so worried about increasing head counts and extended projects that really become a nuisance.

    Cons

Not really any that I can think of off hand.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the focus on the end customer that needs your contractors and you should be fine.

I have been working at Adecco as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    They put me to work

    Cons

If one jobs ends and it takes them a week to place you else where, Then your time "starts" over and you lose paid holidays, Which i think is very unfair!!! I was treated awful because i did not want to work for a job that $3.00 less than i was making at previous job and travel further so i chose to take an unemployment checks. He says " Fine go work with them for a dollar less than i was making" Very rude.
I do not see this company caring about their employees only what they can make off from you. They called me once in 10 months to check in. I have not been offered benefits (apparently that must start over too). I think they take advantage of us because they know they can

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start talking to your employees and ask how they really are. There has to be a master Adecco somewhere that should care about employees after all if if wasn't for us unemployed people, YOU WOULD BE TOO

I have been working at Adecco

    Pros

They have very little interaction with you as a contract employee. I worked at a tech company that they staffed for a longterm project. I received a paycheck from them. That was basically the only interaction I had with them.

    Cons

They are very hands off. Getting in contact with a representative could be difficult. Any time they contacted team members it was to let them know they were being let go. They handled a mass lay-off in the most unprepared and unprofessional way. I felt their employees are less qualified and professional than the people they hire for most contracts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn some compassion and people skills.
