    Pros

the great pay and amount of things I've learned working here. I've never worked for an architectural firm and I know so much about the process of designing and building buildings.

    Cons

Not enough schedule flexibility to work and attend school other than that I truly have no issues here.

    Advice to Management

To make the Adecco website more user friendly to edit w-2 and contact information.

    Pros

Everyone in the region is extremely welcoming and helpful. Adecco provides training and endless resources to help you. There is a lot of support within the branch, so if you do happen to miss a day or two there are other recruiters in the office to help back you up. There is good communication between recruiters and upper management (branch managers, sales, operations, rvp, vps). Overall I have been very happy and satisfied working here.

    Cons

This isn't a huge con/negative but not only are we recruiters but we are counselors, payrollers, trainers, therapists, etc. We deal with different people, different issues, different things every day & we should have a bit of a higher salary to show for it.

    Pros

    they find you work quickly

    Cons

poorly paid, no benefits, even city mandated time given for sick days is very hard to use. Getting wages adjusted when promotions happen is very difficult. If you have a problem with anything, the office is hard to get a hold of and not receptive.

    Advice to Management

pay attention to your employees. Care a bit about them, it'll go a long ways.

I worked at Adecco USA full-time

    Pros

Adecco, prior to 2012, under the branch manager Stephanie Boyd, I had an excellent experience with Adecco. At times I was employed either full-time or part-time as a contractor with Adecco. My pay averaged between $9-$16/hour on average.

    Cons

Employment was not permanent or longterm on average.

    Advice to Management

Adecco customer service has decreased considerably since 2012.
