Ample opportunities to travel for projects, big name electronics clients
Cons
low compensation; limited room for advancement (as many senior managers, directors, VP's as there are consultants, engineers who actually do the work), company struggles with day-to-day finances, internal politics, lack of reward for dedication or achievement in work. Managers who lack technical proficiency and micro-manage.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on establishing a stable, easy to manage product; treat fairly and treat well the employees who actually do the work !
